To all our clients, notice that the following statements are effective immediately and for ALL your present and future visits.
Dulce Luna Massage And Wellness values our clients and understands that unanticipated events happen occasionally. However, we desire to be fair, respectful, and considerate with all our customers and therapists, so we suggest planning accordingly to avoid charges.
If you cannot keep an appointment, you understand that a 24-hour notice is required. Otherwise, you will charge for the total amount of the time reserved, and the payment must be immediate.
Clients who fail to attend appointments will charge the total amount of the reserved time. Therefore, our therapists must compensate incompletely for their lost time.
Late Arrivals Policy:
If you arrive late, we regret that you will not receive an extension of the schedule. The session may reduce to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. We will determine if there is enough time to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the entire payment session.
We desire that you have the best of us and that your visit evolves into an outstanding experience, though if you feel uncomfortable, insecure, or believe this approach is not for you. Therefore, we give you the first 15 minutes to end the session without compromising payment. However, if you decide to continue after this time, we acknowledge that you agree with the procedure and won’t be any complaints from your side, and you must pay for the whole therapy.
